Tap the Sprints tab, then + New Sprint. Set your goal weight, target date, and pace.
How does the daily calorie target work?
Your calorie target is calculated from your start weight, goal weight, and target date. As you log progress and use the Recalibrate feature, your target is updated to keep you on track.
How do I connect Oura or Apple Health?
Go to Settings (gear icon top right) and tap Connections.
What is recalibration?
When your actual progress differs from your plan, WPP offers to adjust your calories to get back on track.
How do I log my weight and calories?
Tap the blue LOG button in the center of the tab bar.
Can I have multiple sprints?
Yes. You can archive a sprint and start a new one at any time.
