By accessing or using WeightPlanner Pro at weightplanner.fit ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by weightplanner.fit.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You agree not to:
WeightPlanner Pro provides tools for logging, visualising, and planning personal health metrics such as body weight, calorie intake, and data from wearable devices. The app's projections, trends, and recommendations are informational only and are not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or fitness advice.
Do not use this Service to diagnose or treat any medical condition. If you have concerns about your health, consult a qualified healthcare professional. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
The Service optionally integrates with third-party platforms including Oura Health. Your use of those integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms and privacy policy. Third-party integrations may change, become unavailable, or modify their APIs at any time, and we are not responsible for those third-party changes.
You retain ownership of all health and personal data you enter into the Service. We process that data solely to provide the Service, including planning, tracking, syncing, projections, and insights. Details are described in our Privacy Policy. You may export or delete your data at any time.
All software, design, text, and graphics in WeightPlanner Pro are the property of weightplanner.fit and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
We strive to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, modify, or discontinue the Service at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable. We are not liable for any downtime or loss of access.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that your data will never be lost.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, weightplanner.fit and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or personal injury. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim (or USD $10 if nothing was paid).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless weightplanner.fit and its operators from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.
You may stop using the Service at any time. You may also permanently delete your account from the Settings page inside the app; account deletion removes your account and associated personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration or the jurisdiction of competent courts.
